The Intro CallAna-At-Desk

Your One Click Contractor Customer Enablement Specialist will schedule an intro call with you to walk through the onboarding process and answer any questions you might have about getting started.

During this time, you’ll also get an overview of what we need from you to build your dashboard. This includes:

✅ Price lists for materials and labor. These allow you to easily and quickly build estimates.

✅ Contracts to be used as templates within your One Click Contractor dashboard.

✅ Brochures and marketing materials that you usually send during your sales process. When uploaded to your One Click Contractor dashboard, you can quickly select and send to a prospect, meaning you no longer need to hunt for PDF files and attachments!

✅ Preferences, including units of measurement, line item pricing and total pricing, design tools and integrations, and more.

Gathering these materials might feel overwhelming, but we promise it’s the most work you’ll have to do to get launched! 

The Build

Once you send in the required materials, we get to work setting up your account by tailoring it to your business and needs. This means your prices, your manufacturers, and integrations with your favorite tools like Ingage,  Hatch, Sunlight Financial, and more. 

Once everything is set up on our end, we’ll schedule a walkthrough call to show you your customized dashboard. If something isn’t right, we’ll make adjustments! 

Training

After the build stage, you’re ready to launch! 

The One Click Contractor platform is designed to be easy to use and navigate on day one, even if you’re a bit of a tech novice. But still we want to be sure you have all the knowledge you need to make the most of using this powerful all-in-one digital sales platform. 

That’s why we schedule a training session to make sure you know the ins and outs of One Click Contractor. You can choose to have one team member be the designated trainer for the rest of your team or have multiple team members trained by us.
